Are tables and chairs provided?
Tables and chairs are provided for our August event.
Is there still availability for ____ tables?
All remaining tables will be available on the website while they last. When the tables are all gone, the they will be marked "SOLD OUT". Tables are limited and are going quickly so we encourage vendors to purchase space as soon as they are available.
Do you have authorized people handling this event and payment through messenger?
Trainer-Con will NEVER reach out to you through messenger for payment! All payment for booth spaces are done on this official website. PLEASE be ware of scammers!
Do I need a Tax ID or charge tax at this event?
Vendors will not be required to provide tax numbers to this event when registering. However, collecting tax and reporting is strictly up to each vendor and Trainer-Con or our affiliates are not responsible for the reporting of your taxes.
Is power available?
Power is not available for this event. Unauthorized vendors found using an outlet will be fined $500 and will be asked to leave the event.
What types of vendors are welcome at this event?
At this event, we are welcoming to all TCG collectors, collectible curators, pop culture creators, geek crafters and nerdy artist alike! Do you sell TCG? BRING IT! Do you make crochet items? COME JOIN US! Do you make fandom apparel? LETS SEE THEM!
Can I purchase multiple tables for 1 larger space?
Absolutely! We'll put these right next to each!
I can no longer make the event, can I get a refund or transfer my booth rental to another date/event?
Unfortunately, no refunds, transfers or rain checks are available for any reason.
What's the expected attendance?
We are expecting upwards of 4000+ attendees at this event thanks to our marketing efforts, vendor marketing and careful calculations from past events.
Is this an indoor facility with air conditioning?
This event is ALL indoors. The event has both cool AC and warm heat for whatever the weather throws at us!
