6ft Table Guidelines for TRAINER-CON DALLAS – AUGUST 2025

August 30th & 31st (2-DAY EVENT)
🕒 Market Hours
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Vendors may leave their items overnight, but do so at their own risk. Trainer-Con, the venue, and neighboring vendors are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
 
📏 Space Usage
Please practice vendor etiquette. Do not encroach on other vendor spaces during setup, breakdown, or throughout the event.
 
➕ Multiple Tables
You may purchase multiple connected 6ft tables to increase your display area and visibility.
 
⚡ Power Use
No power is available.
Do not use outlets along the event walls.
Unauthorized use of electricity will result in a $500 electric fee.
 
🛠️ Setup Responsibility
Each vendor will be provided one 6ft table.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own chairs, displays, signage, and other setup materials.
 
📦 Product Guidelines
All products must be appropriate for a PG-16 audience. No mature or adult-only content allowed.
