6ft Table Guidelines for TRAINER-CON DALLAS – MARCH 2026

📏 Space Usage
Please practice vendor etiquette. Do not encroach on other vendor spaces during setup, breakdown, or throughout the event.
 
➕ Multiple Tables
You may purchase multiple connected 6ft tables to increase your display area and visibility.
 
🛠️ Setup Responsibility
Each vendor will be provided one 6ft table.
Tables and chairs provided
 
📦 Product Guidelines
All products must be appropriate for a PG-16 audience. No mature or adult-only content allowed.

2 VENDOR WRISTBANDS WILL BE GIVE WITH EVERY TABLE PURCHASE. Additional vendor bands will be available for $5 day of the event.
