6ft Table Guidelines for TRAINER-CON DALLAS JUNE 2025:

• Space Usage:

  • Please practice vendor etiquette, ensuring no encroachment into other vendor spaces during entry and exit.

• Multiple Spaces:

  • Vendors have the option to purchase multiple connected 6ft tables for enhanced visibility.

• Power Usage:

  • Power will not be available for vendors.

  • Outlets along the event walls are strictly off-limits.

  • A $500 Electric fee will be imposed on vendors using outlets.

• Setup Responsibility:

  • Vendors must bring their own setup, ensuring a professional and seamless display.  6ft table will be provided for each vendor.

• Product Description:

  • Vendors are required to describe the items they intend to sell or promote.

  • All items must adhere to a PG16 rating.

• Market Hours:

  • The market will operate from 10 am to 5:00 pm.
